Setting boundaries isn’t about saying “no” — it’s about saying “yes” to your well-being, your voice, and your values. In this interactive session, we’ll explore what it means to set professional boundaries with clarity, confidence, and care — especially for women navigating complex work environments where expectations, emotional labor, and institutional norms can feel blurry.
This session is for anyone who has ever hesitated before replying, “That’s actually not my job,” or felt the burden of being the “go-to” helper in ways that stretch your limits.
Whether you’re setting boundaries for the first time or refining your approach, you’ll leave with tools, language, and support to advocate for yourself and support others.
